To start a career in Real Estate you must:

1. Obtain your Real Estate license

To obtain an entry level real estate license, all candidates must complete 90 hours of pre-licensing education, of which 15 hours must be completed in a classroom setting.  This program will prepare the candidate to pass the Illinois Real Estate State Exam.

2.  Once I pass the course, how do I become licensed?

Salespersons are required  to meet the following conditions:

    * Be a high school graduate or equivalent (G.E.D.)

    * Be 21 years of age (or age 18 if he or she has satisfied certain post-secondary school requirements)

    * Pass the State Licensing Exam

    * Be sponsored by a Licensed Broker

3.  Affiliate with CENTURY 21 Langos & Christian

Now is the time for you to find an office to sponsor your new license.  At CENTURY 21 Langos & Chrsitian, we are able to provide you with the additional training that you will need to be successful in the real estate business.
